iGaming Golf Club

INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by iGaming Golf Club ("iGaming Golf Club", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to:

• Corporate golf events, tournaments, and outings

• Membership programmes and the Founding 100 initiative

• Brand partnership and sponsorship arrangements

• The iGaming Golf Club mobile and web application ("the App")

• Any related merchandise, hospitality, or networking services

By registering as a member, purchasing a ticket, attending an event, entering into a sponsorship arrangement, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and process your personal data.

DEFINITIONS

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Services" means all events, membership programmes, sponsorship packages, App features, and any other offerings provided by iGaming Golf Club.

"Member" means any individual or organisation who has registered for a membership tier with iGaming Golf Club, including Founding 100 members.

"Event" means any golf day, tournament, corporate outing, or networking event organised or facilitated by iGaming Golf Club.

"Sponsor / Partner" means any brand, company, or individual entering into a commercial partnership or sponsorship agreement with iGaming Golf Club.

"App" means the iGaming Golf Club mobile and/or web application.

"User Content" means any data, scores, photos, comments, or other content submitted by users via the App or at Events.

MEMBERSHIP

3.1 ELIGIBILITY

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are engaged in, or have a professional interest in, the iGaming, gambling, gaming, or sports betting industry. iGaming Golf Club reserves the right to accept or decline membership applications at its sole discretion.

3.2 FOUNDING 100 MEMBERSHIP

The Founding 100 is a limited programme offering early access membership. Benefits, pricing, and specific terms for Founding 100 members will be communicated directly upon registration. Founding 100 membership is non-transferable and subject to the general terms herein.

3.3 MEMBERSHIP FEES

Membership fees are as notified at the time of registration and may be subject to change upon reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

3.4 MEMBER CONDUCT

Members agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all Events and in all interactions within the iGaming Golf Club community. iGaming Golf Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of these Terms or conduct deemed detrimental to the club or its community.

EVENTS

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

4.1 BOOKING AND REGISTRATION

Event registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a written confirmation from iGaming Golf Club. Places are subject to availability and may be allocated at our discretion.

4.2 CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation policy:

Community / Bounce Games

• Once payment confirmation has been received, there is no refund in the case of a future cancellation or no show

• It is at the Individual Members' discretion who organised the game as to whether a refund can be applied should one be available

Listed Events Non IGGC

• All cancellations, or non-attendance for events that are organised by third parties, yet listed on the IGGC website, will be bound by the third party organisers' Terms and Conditions

• The IGGC accept no responsibility for any cancellation refunds for tournament or event entry

IGGC Standard and VIP Tournaments

• In the event that iGaming Golf Club cancels or postpones an Event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

• Should an individual player cancel or withdraw from the event, it will be at the sole discretion of the IGGC as to whether a cancellation refund will be applied

4.3 EVENT CONDUCT AND SAFETY

Attendees must comply with all venue rules, golf club regulations, health and safety requirements, and any instructions from iGaming Golf Club staff. Participants take part in golf activities at their own risk. iGaming Golf Club strongly recommends that all participants hold appropriate personal accident insurance.

4.4 PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

Events may be photographed and filmed for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending an Event, you consent to iGaming Golf Club using images or footage in which you appear for these purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a member of staff at the Event.

SPONSORSHIP AND BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

5.1 PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS

All commercial sponsorships and brand partnerships are governed by a separate written agreement between the relevant party and iGaming Golf Club. In the absence of a specific agreement, these Terms apply by default.

5.2 SPONSOR OBLIGATIONS

Sponsors and partners agree to:

Provide agreed deliverables (assets, branding, products, or personnel) in a timely manner
Conduct themselves in accordance with iGaming industry standards and applicable advertising regulations
Not engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of iGaming Golf Club or its members

5.3 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

iGaming Golf Club retains all rights to its brand assets, logo, event materials, and the App. Sponsors may use iGaming Golf Club branding only as expressly agreed in writing. Similarly, iGaming Golf Club will use sponsor branding only as agreed and will not sublicense such rights to third parties.

THE APP

6.1 ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

Access to certain App features may require registration and creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6.2 APP FEATURES

The App may include features such as:

Golf club and venue search and booking
Tournament registration and scoring (including handicap tracking)
Leaderboards and competition management
News, content, and community features
A prize draw mechanic
Merchandise store

6.3 USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of User Content you submit via the App but grant iGaming Golf Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App and our Services.

6.4 ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the App to:

Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or fraudulent
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's functionality

6.5 AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may suspend or withdraw access for maintenance, updates, or any other reason at our discretion. We are not liable for any losses arising from the unavailability of the App.

LIABILITY

7.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGaming Golf Club's total liability to you in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to iGaming Golf Club in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7.2 EXCLUSIONS

iGaming Golf Club shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, consequential, or special loss
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
Personal injury or damage to property arising from participation in golf activities, except where caused by our negligence
Acts or omissions of third parties, including venues, equipment providers, or other suppliers

7.3 NO EXCLUSION FOR NEGLIGENCE OR FRAUD

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the iGaming Golf Club brand, website, App, and event materials are owned by or licensed to iGaming Golf Club. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without our prior written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any commercially sensitive information shared between iGaming Golf Club and its members, sponsors, or partners in connection with the Services should be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, or to cancel a membership, at any time if you breach these Terms, behave in a manner we deem harmful to the iGaming Golf Club community, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may terminate your membership by providing written notice to us. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid, except as required by law.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify members and registered users of material changes by email or via the App with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GENERAL

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iGaming Golf Club in respect of the Services, superseding any prior agreements.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
