DATA SHARING

5.1 SERVICE PROVIDERS

5.2 SPONSORS AND PARTNERS
Where you have given explicit consent, or where it is within the reasonable expectations of an attendee at a sponsored event, we may share your name and professional contact details with relevant sponsors. We will always be transparent about this in our event communications.
5.3 GOLF CLUBS AND VENUES
We share necessary booking and attendance information with golf clubs and venues hosting our events, limited to what is operationally required.
5.4 LEGAL AND REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS
We may disclose data where required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
5.5 BUSINESS TRANSFERS
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.

App usage and technical logs: 12 months rolling, unless required for ongoing investigation
After applicable retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
